WI day

It's Monday - that means WI day.

I'm grateful for a husband who decided to go into work late today so that I could go to my meeting without taking the kids (its march break here)!!!

I lost 2.4 lbs this week - YAY, I am so happy about that. I am 1 lb away from 40 lbs gone, and I am 1.6 lbs away from being in the 140's!!! I can't wait. I am going to try really hard this week to reach both of those goals for my next WI.

I want to thank Lisa for challenging me to get in at least 30 mins of exercise each day this past week - it really paid off. How did you do with it Lisa??? I want to continue this challenge for this week as well, you in? Anyone else in?

I love this program, and I love how great I feel. I love that we are getting healthy as a family, and I love that I have become a role model of healthy living to those around me.

That is a great loss! You will for sure reach your 40 lb mark by next week easily. I think i will join you in getting at least 30 minutes in each day. Its always so much better when u have a accountability partner!

That's an awesome weight loss Jen! Count me in on that challenge. I have a sore leg so I have been slacking off with my gym work outs. This challenge will help me get in some type of exercise whilst my leg is healing!

What an amazing week you had! Congrats!

Congrats on the loss!

PS--Thanks for not laughing at me about the Richard Simmons dvd I wanted (I bought it last night on Amazon)!

BSG is BattleStar Galactica - about as far away from Big Love as you can get!
Do you have issues cause you're mormon and they aren't properly represented, or cause your Christian, or cause you're an athiest? I only ask (and I realize it is likely none of my business - so feel free to tell me to PFO!) because part of what I like about it is the religious aspect - I'm not Mormon, am Christian, but it provides good family discussions after about religion. It has also resulted in me dialoguing with a Mormon friend about his religion. I'm not interested in converting ever to any religion from my own, but I do like to learn about others and what they believe, and how it makes us all react to each other. I actually hope to go back to University one day to do Religious Studies.

What an awesome loss you had this week! 39 lbs gone - holy noodle - that is a lot!! How nice that your husband stayed with the kids so you can weigh in - that support is so important!
