man, how things change

So, remember last week when I was SO PROUD of myself for eating 1 piece of pizza!?!

Well, that was NOT the case last night. I totally pigged out and downed 4 pieces!!! So now, it is Tuesday (day 2 for my week) and I have already used 30/35 WP's. Why is this so bad? well, I do the 'simply filling' technique with WW so I don't count points everyday, I just eat foods from the filling foods list - SO my 35 WP's are the only thing I have to allow for things like bread, and treats. 

So, here are my choices for the week:
1) Eat only filling foods for the next 6 days (with a little treat somewhere for 5 pts)
2) Earn some major AP's so that I can incorporate other foods a bit throughout my week as I usually do.
or 
3) Be up at the scale on Monday.

Obviously I don't want #3 - and although I could probably do #1 I don't really want to so this might actually be the week that I do some ... dare I say it?.... EXERCISE!!!

Here's to a week of moving more!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and always offering encouraging words. I really appreciate it. I'm sorry to hear that you have been battling the same pounds since January as well. But this early in the game I have no excuse! Hope you have a wonderfully active week and an amazing weigh in next week!

I had a moment like that last Thursday which I think is what skewed my weigh in yesterday! Errr!! But at least you know the willpower is within you! We can do this...it's a day by day thing! :)

Okay my "twin dieting buddy" what are we doing!?

Oi ~ we started our journey around the same time, and we have run a very parallel course, seems to be we have both hit a mental wall. I have pretty much stayed the same since January as well.

I started the exercize with yoga once a week, but clearly that is not enough. My challenge to you (Team A versus Team L :) 30 minutes EVERYDAY between now and our next weigh-in .... doesn't matter what it is, but 30 minutes, you up for it? Lets see if this exercise thing is the key to getting out of our plateau :)
